Why We Can't Accept Returns:

As a company committed to your wellbeing, we cannot accept returned consumable products under any circumstances. Once our beverages leave our facility, we can no longer guarantee their proper storage, handling, or integrity. Accepting returns on food and beverage items would violate health and safety regulations and could compromise the quality standards we maintain for every customer.


Issues with Your Order?

While all sales are final, we're here to help if you experience any of the following:

• Damaged products during shipping

• Incorrect items received

• Defective or spoiled products

• Missing items from your order


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll work with you to resolve any legitimate quality or fulfillment issues on a case-by-case basis.
