How it Tastes:

Rich, roasted, and properly grown-up. Coffee leads, sweet cherry and chocolate round it out, and chicory and wild cherry bark add the bitter backbone that makes the whole thing taste like a proper amaro instead of dessert syrup. A few dashes in a NA Espresso Martini delivers the depth that usually requires a full pour of coffee liqueur. Surprisingly excellent as a coffee bitters and soda, and a small dash in tonic water is unexpectedly bright.
