Product Details:
A non-alcoholic spiced cherry bitter from All The Bitter, inspired by Antoine Peychaud's iconic 19th-century New Orleans recipe and handmade in small batches from 13 organic botanicals including tart cherry, anise, hibiscus, rosehips, fennel, allspice, and gentian root. 0.0% ABV, vegan, and gluten-free. 2 oz bottle. This is the bitter for the cocktail history nerd, the Sazerac obsessive who finally went alcohol-free, and anyone whose drink ritual deserves a little Bourbon Street energy without the next-morning consequences.
How it Tastes:
Tart, vibrant, and anise-forward, with bright cherry and hibiscus up front, warm baking spice through the middle, and the unmistakable licorice snap of star anise on the finish. Built for a NA Sazerac or Vieux Carré, but equally at home in a Hibiscus Sour mocktail. A few dashes in sparkling water with a squeeze of lime is zesty and surprisingly addictive, and a dash or two in non-alcoholic red wine adds the bite the bottle was missing.
