A dealcoholized sparkling rosé made from Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes in the Rheingau region of Germany. 750ml, under 0.5% ABV. Vacuum distilled at low temperatures to preserve the character of the wine. From the ISH Spirits family, Château Del ISH proves that bubbly doesn't need booze to feel like a celebration.

How it Tastes:

Pale salmon with aromas of plum and strawberry. Bright raspberry and red fruit on the palate with fine, persistent bubbles and a soft, semi-sweet finish.
