A dealcoholized sparkling white wine made from Pinot Blanc and Silvaner grapes in the Rheingau region of Germany. 750ml, under 0.5% ABV. IWSC bronze medal winner. Vacuum distilled at low temperatures to keep the aromatics intact. The bottle you pop when the occasion calls for champagne but the evening calls for clarity.
How it Tastes:
Honeyed nose with peach, pear, and citrus blossom. Green apple and crisp citrus on the palate with elegant bubbles and a clean, semi-sweet finish.

Wine with alcohol removed, grape must, concentrated grape must that has been corrected, carbon dioxide, and sulfite preservative.
