A non-alcoholic pineapple liqueur from Giffard, made using their shrub technique (fresh pineapple macerated in white wine vinegar). French-made. A true NA liqueur with complexity beyond simple syrup.

How it Tastes:

Exotic and caramelized with candied, buttered pineapple notes. The vinegar base adds an acidity and depth that plain pineapple syrup can't touch. Rich and aromatic. Use it anywhere you'd use a tropical liqueur.
