A dealcoholized red blend from Napa Valley by winemaker Aaron Pott (Food and Wine Winemaker of the Year, 2012). Low-temperature vacuum distillation. Real Napa pedigree in an NA package.
How it Tastes:
Cranberry, pomegranate, and tobacco on the nose. Blackberry, black cherry, cassis, and mocha on the palate. Full-bodied with ripe tannins. This is what happens when a serious winemaker takes NA seriously.
