Blanc de Blancs is Oddbird's flagship non-alcoholic sparkling white wine — the bottle that put the Swedish brand on the map. Made from organically grown Chardonnay and Colombard grapes sourced from vineyards rooted in the light, stony clay and limestone soils of Languedoc-Roussillon, France, this cuvée is aged 12 months before alcohol is gently removed using Oddbird's patented low-temperature process. The result is a modern, dry sparkling wine with genuine complexity and delicate, persistent bubbles. No additives, no artificial colors or aromas. Vegan. Gluten-free. 0.0% ABV.

How it Tastes:

Pale gold in the glass with a fine, elegant bead. The nose opens with honey, green apple, and a hint of brioche. On the palate it's crisp and refreshing — Granny Smith apple, lemon peel, lime, and ripe pear — with a subtle almond finish and a clean, creamy effervescence. Dry without being austere, and complex enough to earn its place at any celebratory table.
