A dealcoholized GSM blend from Oddbird, combining Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, and Carignan from Saint-Chinian in the South of France. Less than 0.5% ABV. Dealcoholized after maturation. 750ml bottle.
How it Tastes:
Red and black fruits on the nose, with a sharp tannic entrance that gives way to deeper, more mature fruit and warm spices. Dry and earthy on the finish. A Southern French red that keeps its personality through dealcoholization. Pair it with anything you'd normally drink a Rhone with.
