Product Details:
Low Intervention Sparkling Orange Nº 1 is something genuinely new in the non-alcoholic category: a sparkling orange wine, born from a collaboration of passionate Alsatian winemakers with a shared commitment to low-intervention craft. Organically grown Gewürztraminer, Muscat, Sylvaner, and Pinot Gris grapes are gently pressed and left to macerate on their skins for one and a half weeks — building the wine's distinctive golden-orange hue and silky tannin structure — before aging 12 months and gentle dealcoholization. No additives, no artificial colors or aromas. Vegan. 0.0% ABV.
How it Tastes:
Golden amber in the glass with fine, lively bubbles. The nose is aromatic and layered — ripe peach, orange peel, jasmine, and rose — with a backdrop of dried herbs and warm spice. On the palate it's smooth and round, with a textural quality from the skin maceration that sets it apart from any other non-alcoholic sparkling. Tangy citrus and floral notes carry through to a clean, herbaceous finish. A genuinely expressive, food-friendly orange wine that invites curiosity.
Ingredients:
