A dealcoholized sparkling rose from Oddbird, made with Syrah grapes from Languedoc-Roussillon, France. Matured for 12 months before dealcoholization. Less than 0.5% ABV. 750ml bottle.
How it Tastes:
Summer berries and green apple with a whisper of citrus, fresh red berries, wild rose, and a mineral edge. The 12-month maturation gives it a depth that most sparkling roses, alcoholic or not, never achieve. Celebration-ready.
