Oddbird's Sparkling Rosé is a dry, elegant non-alcoholic sparkling wine made from a rosé d'assemblage of Chardonnay and Syrah grown in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. Grapes are harvested young to lock in vibrancy and aromatic lift, then aged 12 months before alcohol is carefully removed using Oddbird's patented dealcoholization method. The result is a silky, well-balanced sparkling rosé with a natural blush color — no added dyes, no artificial aromas. Vegan. Gluten-free. 0.0% ABV.

How it Tastes:

Pale pink with lively, persistent bubbles. The nose delivers fresh red berries, wild rose, and a bright citrus lift. On the palate it's dry and refreshing — summer strawberries and raspberry up front, with a streak of cool minerality and a clean, lightly tannic finish.
