A non-alcoholic sparkling beverage from Five Corners Beverage Co., inspired by the dive-bar pickleback, the bracing brine chaser usually traced to Brooklyn but, in this case, rooted firmly in the Midwest. Built on real Midwestern pickle brine, cucumber, dill, and celery, with a touch of cane sugar and gentle carbonation, it balances salty, savory, sour, bitter, and sweet in one can. For the adventurous palate that wants something other than one more sweet seltzer, and for pickle people who already know exactly why this exists.  Ready to drink straight from a chilled can, but it also dresses up nicely: rim a highball with celery salt over crushed ice, stir 4oz into a rocks glass with an ounce of N/A whisky, or spike a full can with an ounce of gin and a dash of pepper bitters, garnished with cucumber. Pairs beautifully with juicy burgers, grilled hot dogs, crunchy raw vegetables, or a big bowl of popcorn.

How it Tastes:

Briny, vegetal, and lightly sweet, with the tang of real pickle brine up front, cool cucumber and dill through the middle, and a vegetal celery bitterness on the back end. The cane sugar keeps the salt-and-sour in check, and the carbonation lifts the whole thing so it reads crisp rather than heavy.
