A dealcoholized Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles, California using Beckstoffer fruit. Vacuum distillation with a minimal additives approach. This is serious wine country fruit treated with respect.
How it Tastes:
Leather and vanilla on the nose with ripe black cherry, currant, and a hint of cocoa. Immediate dryness with tannic structure. One of the more convincing NA reds out there.
