Product Details:
A dealcoholized sparkling rosé from Sovi, now in its fifth vintage. The 2024 release is a Pinot Noir-based blend filled out with Tempranillo, grown organically at Heringer Estates Vineyards in California's Clarksburg AVA. Whole-cluster pressed for a richer, more structured rosé than the average pale-pink summer pour, fermented in stainless steel, then dealcoholized. This is real wine, not a wine-style mocktail. Forbes called it one of the driest, most complex alcohol-removed wines they had tried, which is the kind of review NA wine almost never gets. Vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, 25 calories and 3g sugar per can. For the rosé-all-day convert who has actually started to want a Wednesday morning back, and for anyone who learned the hard way that most NA rosé tastes like pink lemonade. Great for a long lunch, a patio dinner, an aperitivo board, or any moment a real glass of rosé would belong.
How it Tastes:
Dry, layered, and full of character. The Pinot Noir delivers delicate red-fruit notes of wild strawberry and watermelon up front, Tempranillo rounds out the body with a savory, almost herbal depth, and a quiet hibiscus character on the finish gives it the kind of dryness that lets food do its job. Lively bubbles, clean finish, no sweet aftertaste. Best served well-chilled in a wine glass. Pairs beautifully with grilled salmon, a charcuterie board, watermelon-and-feta salad, niçoise, or anything off a summer table.
Ingredients:
Dealcoholized rosé wine (made from certified sustainably grown grapes), organic grape juice concentrate. Contains sulfites.
