The first non-alcoholic sake made in the United States, crafted in Hot Springs, Arkansas using traditional methods with koji-converted Arkansas rice and Ouachita Mountain mineral water. 720ml, 0.3% ABV. No yeast is added for alcohol production. Lactic acid fermentation provides natural acidity. Gluten-free, vegan, sulfite-free. A sake that's actually sake, just without the part that makes you forget the evening.
How it Tastes:
Ripe apple and savory chestnut with soft acidity and a clean, slightly sweet finish. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
