How it Tastes:

Root cellar and dried herbs on the nose. Deep, earthy, and immediately arresting in a way that signals complexity before you've taken a sip. On the palate, the Pathfinder opens with bittersweet dark botanicals - wormwood's herbal bitterness leads, balanced by the warm spice of ginger, the floral-earthy depth of angelica root, and a thread of saffron that adds an almost saffron-tea quality.
