How it Tastes:
Caramel, vanilla, and nutmeg — the familiar, rich, and warming flavors reminiscent of Rum in ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit. Through "Supercritical CO2 Extraction," the alcohol is removed from full-strength Rum at 73 bars and 30°C, preserving its natural profile. Enriched with vanilla from Madagascar's Sava region, Indonesian nutmeg, and baked apple, it offers a lush, complex flavor akin to classic spiced Rum.
